Reasonably large and practical rooms, I had very nice experience.

Beautiful hotel, it was clean, and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast with sausages, breathtaking views and juice was plentiful for what you got. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Keystone.

It has an unbeatable and incredible location next to within 2 miles of various restaurants and the hillside and the downtown of Keystone. The personnel is really helpful, and the atmosphere is friendly.

Guests have all their needs satisfied by the helpful staff. I'm glad that getting Hearing Accessible room with a patio, a work desk and great view was not a problem. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

Stunning location and plentiful and perfect breakfast with many choices. Very good staff with a good portion of humor.

The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, to a wooded hillside right behind the building. Plus, it was just next door to the main streets of Keystone and mountains and a forest area and a short drive from Mount Rushmore. We had the family room which was good sized with a balcony. There were a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator.

The hotel is on a marvellous and awesome location not far from forests, both Mount Rushmore and beautiful pines and oaks. There's Turtle Town at a short distance from the property, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

Perfectly pleasant stay for 2 nights on our road trip. Central location, not too far from a miniature golf course. Huge and well-appointed room with a balcony and mountain view.

Great location in the woods with wildlife sightings. Good parking and delicious breakfast. Best room assigned with a quiet atmosphere and a beautiful view. Beds were slightly firm but compensated by a cozy patio/balcony.

A lot of goodies for breakfast. Friendly check-in, spotlessly clean and huge rooms with a balcony facing mt. Location near to a beautiful area and the restaurant that adjoins the lodge and Keystone and surrounding cities. Also, to a railway line that I think you can pick up off the main street.

No elevator at all.

Beautiful setting and well-maintained grounds. The hotel had a cozy and clean tiny queen room, perfect for solo travelers or couples on a short stay. The location was great, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere while still being close to area attractions. The breakfast was good and the hot tubs between the buildings were a nice touch.

The neighbors in the neighboring buildings were quite loud, continuously slamming their room doors, which was disruptive. It would be helpful if the hotel posted signs reminding guests to quietly close their doors.

The location is marvellous and fantastic, 4 miles from a massive sculpture. The rooms are immaculately clean with very good breakfasts included. Overall the staff is incredibly nice and exceptional.

I loved this hotel and recommend it to all. Actually the room was outstanding with a balcony and a good size closet, for example. Central location was a plus.

Fairly quiet and perfect room with large balcony and mountain view, for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Awesome location for our visit to Lakota Lake Picnic Area approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was plentiful with breathtaking views, with excellent food.

Unfortunately, there was no elevator.
